1.提高恶性淋巴瘤的诊治水平，特别是恶性淋巴瘤的病理学诊断（含免疫组织化学诊断）及流式细胞学诊断；
2.进一步提高特殊人群恶性淋巴瘤的治疗技术及疗效，如复发难治性淋巴瘤、高龄淋巴瘤患者、特殊部位淋巴瘤；开展1~2项适合本院情况的新技术；
3.提高科研能力：指导现有课题的及时、高效实施及完成，确定符合本地区、本院客观情况的科研方向，提高科研设计及文章撰写能力。
