加地利肥料厂有两条2万吨生产线，分别位于沁水县肉鸡养殖集中的区域，一条生产线主要以生产粉状的生物有机肥为主，另一条生产线以生产颗粒状有机肥为主。流程为：畜禽粪便发酵→添加辅料→原料化验→圆盘造粒→烘干→抛光→成品检验→包装。目前有员工40人，化验员2人，技术员1人。
Project Introduction
At present, there are two 20,000 tons of production lines in Shanxi Cadili Fertilizer Plant , respectively located in the concentrated areas of broiler farming in Qinshui County, one production line mainly produces the powdery bio-organic fertilizer. Another production line mainly produces granular organic fertilizer. Process: animal manure fermentation → add auxiliary materials → raw material testing → disc granulation → drying → polishing → finished product inspection → packaging. There are currently 40 employees, 2 laboratory technicians, 1 technicians.

对于湿度较大的鸡粪没有好的处理办法，影响发酵周期和效果。对于牛粪猪粪的发酵效果不满意。需要对于污水处理厂中的污泥转换为有机肥的处理方法。掌握对于湿度较大的鸡粪发酵前的处理方式。掌握牛粪和猪粪在发酵后营养元素不足的处理方式。掌握污水处理厂中污泥转化有机肥的成熟工艺。
Main Problems and Expected Goal：
There is no good way to deal with the humidity chicken manure,make impact on the fermentation circle and effect. Fermentation result of cow dung and pig manure is not satisfactory. Need a treatment method for the conversion of sludge in the sewage treatment plant to organic manure. Grasp the treat method for the humidity chicken manure before fermentation .Grasp the treat method for after fermentation cow dung and big manure which are atrepsy. Master the mature technology of the conversion of sludge in the sewage treatment plant to organic manure.

为实现山西省农业农村部国际合作司的农业国际交流与合作，山西省寿阳县自2018年开始建立“中国-墨西哥功能农业合作交流示范园区”，园区种植面积总计4290亩。项目引进了墨西哥高产玉米种植专家克鲁斯先生作物全程高产作物种植生产技术总顾问，从科学整地、测土配肥、精选播种、科学化控、中耕施肥、籽粒直收等全部生产环节提供设计、指导、培训、实践的全程化精细化解决方案。2018年9月，经各科研单位和政府抽调组成的的测产专家组测定，项目样板田测的产量高达1092公斤/亩（干粮14%水分），同比相邻传统旱作农业地区增产幅度达到了30%。
Project Introduction
In order to jointly complete the international agricultural exchanges and cooperation of the international cooperation department of shanxi provincial agriculture and village department, it is decided to establish the "China-Mexico functional agricultural cooperation and exchange demonstration park" in Shouyang county, Shanxi Province in 2018. Park have a total of 4290 mu of cultivated area. All project has introduced the Mexican high-yielding corn crops expert Mr Cruise. From the scientific preparation, measurement of soil and fertilizer, selection of sowing, scientific chemical control, intertillage fertilization, grain direct harvest and all other production which link to design, guidance, training, practice of the whole process refined solutions. In September, according to the survey and production expert group composed by various scientific research units and the government, the output measured in the sample field of the project was as high as 1092 kg/mu, and the yield increased by 30% compared with other traditional dry farming areas.

Main Problems and Expected Goal：
According to the development requirements and characteristics of organic and dry farming in Shanxi Province, this project solves the problems of low yield, poor quality, serious plastic film pollution, declining soil fertility and slow development of agricultural mechanization in traditional farming in Shanxi Province. According to the project expectation, through the introduction of the expert technology and team, the local corn yield can be increased by 10-50%,and the food quality can be improved.The plastic film pollution can be reduced, and the soil organic matter content can be increased year by year.The land resources can be developed sustainably, and the park will eventually become a national high standard model park of organic dry farming.
