医院现开设床位500个,设置:内、外、妇、儿、五官、急诊、麻醉手术、放射、功能、药剂、检验等42个临床医技科室。全院医务人员420人,其中高级技术人员70名,中级技术人员143名,研究生11名,年门诊病人12万人次,住院病人8000人次,各类手术2500余例,现拥有进口核磁共振、螺旋CT、直线加速器、大C臂血管照影机、数字胃肠机、电子胃镜、腹腔镜、关节镜、全自动生化分析仪、彩超、B超等一流大型医疗设备。
Project Introduction
The hospital is currently existing 500 beds to meet the patients needs. Hospital departments including: Internal medicine, Surgery, Orthopedics, Gynecology, Pediatrics, ENT(ear nose throat branch), Emergency department, Anesthesia, Radiology, Pharmacy, Laboratory and logistics sectors. The total number of hospital medical staff is 420 which comprised of 70 high-ranking (Senior) staff, 143 Intermediate staff, 11 postgraduate educational background talents. The hospital has a total of 120,000 outpatient visits combined with 8,000 inpatient admission per year. And annual surgery operations were more than 2500. Hospital equipment includes:MRI(imported), CT, linear accelerator, angiographic instrument(C-arm), digital gastrointestinal machine, electronic gastroscope, laparoscopy, arthroscopy, biochemical analyzer.

本单位结合市场需求,开展石墨烯导热、吸波复合界面材料兼容设计及制备技术研究,突破高导热吸波多功能复合技术,制备性能接近国际先进水平的导热、吸波复合界面材料,项目研制过程中还存在石墨烯与基体材料的热传导模型还未建立,复合界面材料的导热性能与吸波性能的协同设计方法还不明确,关键制备工艺瓶颈尚未突破等问题难以解决,由于国内该领域研究尚处于起步阶段,研究水平与欧美发达国家还存在较大差距,相关技术问题难以找到国内同方向科研单位共同解决,需要与国外科研单位或企业高水平人才建立技术联系,引进国外先进技术,在节约人力、物力的基础上,较短时间内开发出石墨烯导热、吸波复合界面材料。
Unit Introduction
According to the market demands, we conducted researches on the compatible design and preparation technology of graphene thermal management/ microwave absorption composite interface materials, in order to make breakthrough in the multifunctional composite technology featuring high heat conduction and microwave absorption. Its processability is close to the internationally advanced thermal management/ microwave absorption composite interface materials. During the development of the project, there are still some difficult problems, such as that the heat conduction model between graphene and the base material has not been established, the coordinated design method of the heat conduction and microwave absorption property of the composite interface material is not yet clear, and the bottleneck of key preparation technology has not been broken, and so on. As the domestic research in this field is still in its infancy, there is still a big gap between its research level and that of the developed countries in Europe and America. It is difficult to find a same-direction science and technology unit in China to jointly solve the related technical problems. It is necessary to establish technical ties with high-level talents from foreign scientific research institutions or enterprises, to draw in advanced foreign technologies, and develop graphene thermal management/ microwave absorption composite interface materials in a short time on the basis of saving manpower and material resources.

交口韦禾农业发展有限公司成立于2017年9月,位于石口乡下蒿城村,项目规划总投资3亿元,生产规模为4000万棒(香菇3000万棒.木耳500万棒.菌种500万棒)食用菌菌种、3000万菌棒生产、700万棒食用菌种植、2万5千吨食用菌产品。加工经过近一年半的艰苦创业,投入资金1.6亿元,建成了占地460亩产业园区带动了2200户农户,其中1967贫困户参与食用菌产业发展增收,带动了18个贫困村。预计在2020年所有项目将全部完成,达产达效。并在2018年被认定为山西省产业扶贫龙头企业,吕梁市农业产业化市级骨干龙头企业。
Project Introduction
Jiaokou weihe agricultural development co. LTD., established in September 2017, is located in haocheng village, shikou country, with a total planned investment of 300 million yuan .The production scale is 40 million species of edible fungi (30 million sticks of lentinus edodes, 5 million sticks of agaricus auricula and 5 million sticks of fungus), 30 million sticks of fungus production, 7 million sticks of edible fungus, 25,000 tons of edible fungus products. After nearly one and a half years of hard work, 160 million yuan was invested to build an industrial park covering an area of 460 mu, which led to 2,200 households. Among them, 1,967 poor households participated in the development of edible fungus industry which increased their income and promoted the development of 18 poor villages. It is expected that all the projects will be completed in 2020, reaching the production and efficiency. In 2018, it has been recognized as the leading enterprise of industrial poverty alleviation in Shanxi Province and the backbone leading enterprise of agricultural industrialization in luliang city.

本项目针对园林废弃物粉碎处理后的堆肥发酵技术。园林废弃物主要成分以纤维素和木质素为主,在处理时通过几种外源添加剂和菌种的选择性试验,筛选出合适的2-3种外源添加剂种类(包括菌类),提高堆肥发酵效率。另外曝气及发酵温度控制也是研究重点,掌握合适曝气时间、次数也有利于废弃物的充分发酵。通过本项目研究改变以往作为固体废弃物予以填埋、焚烧的做法,通过堆肥处理进行人工干预,促进园林废弃物的生态利用;研究外源添加剂及复合微生物菌剂对堆肥过程及产品质量的影响;将园林废弃物堆肥产品部分或全部替代进口泥炭基质,解决了园林废弃物资源的循环再利用问题,而且还能大幅度降低基质栽培成本。
Project Introduction
This project aims at composting and fermentation technology of gardens waste after crushing. The main components of garden wastes are cellulose and lignin. Through selective tests of Several Exogenous Additives and strains, 2-3 kinds of Exogenous Additives (including fungi) were selected to improve the composting fermentation efficiency. In addition, the control of aeration and fermentation temperature is also the focus of research. It is also beneficial to the full fermentation of waste to master the appropriate aeration time and frequency. Through this project, we have changed the previous practice of landfill and incineration as solid waste, and promoted the ecological utilization of garden waste through manual intervention through composting treatment; researched the effects of Exogenous Additives and compound microbial agents on the composting process and product quality; and partially or totally replaced the imported peat matrix by garden waste composting products to solve the problem of garden waste. The problem of resource recycling and reuse can also greatly reduce the cost of substrate cultivation.
