连云港市市立东方医院是连云港市东部城区唯一的公立医院，是集医疗、教学、科研、预防、康复、急救等于一体的国家三级乙等综合医院，是徐州医科大学附属医院、蚌埠医学院临床学院、南京医科大学连云港临床医学院和康达学院附属医院，也是苏北地区唯一的涉外医院。
医院现有在职职工871人，其中高级职称166人；享受市政府特殊津贴专家2人；省“333工程”培养对象6人；市“521工程”培养对象14人；市“科教强卫工程”医学领军型人才2人、创新团队1个；市级医学重点人才9人；博士、硕士100余人，各医学院校兼职教授、副教授40人，拥有心内科、儿科、皮肤科、麻醉科、普外科等15个硕士生培养点；担任省级专业学术委员会副主任委员1人、市级专业学术委员会主任委员2人、副主任委员12人。
医院现有45个临床、医技科室，19个病区，4个医疗中心，18个连云港市市级临床重点专科。骨科、麻醉科、神经外科、肿瘤科为市重点专科省级培育项目，中西医结合消化科、骨科为省中医重点专科建设单位。全院可开放床位1200张，22层的新病房大楼是东部城区地标建筑。医院拥有飞利浦 1.5 T核磁共振、西门子128层64排螺旋CT、飞利浦大平板血管照影成像系统、奥林巴斯290型最新电子胃镜等一大批先进的大型医疗设备。
医院于1959年由省卫生厅确定为涉外医院，建有设施先进、服务一流的涉外病房，作为苏北地区唯一的涉外医院，已完成数万例涉外医疗服务，为俄罗斯、哈萨克斯坦、印度尼西亚、菲律宾等“一带一路”国家的外籍友人提供便捷周到的医疗保障服务。
Unit Introduction
Lianyungang municipal Oriental Hospital is the only public hospital in the eastern part of Lianyungang City. It is a national tertiary B general hospital that integrates medical treatment, teaching, scientific research, prevention, rehabilitation and first aid, and is an affiliated hospital of Xuzhou Medical University. Bengbu Medical College, Lianyungang Medical College of Nanjing Medical University and affiliated Hospital of Kangda College are also the only Foreign-related hospital in northern Jiangsu.
There are 871 in-service staff in the hospital, including 166 staff with senior professional titles, 2 special allowance experts from the municipal government, 6 persons in provincial "333 Project" training project, 14 persons in municipal "521 Project" , 2 leading medical talents and 1 innovative team in the "Science and Education Strong Health Project" of the city, 9 key medical talents at the municipal level; There are more than 100 doctors and masters, and 40 part-time professors and associate professors in medical colleges and universities, 15 master training centers in cardiology department, pediatrics department, dermatology department, anesthesia department and general surgery department; as vice-chairman of provincial professional academic committee, 2 members of municipal professional academic committee In 2000, and 12 vice-chairmen.
There are 45 clinical departments, 19 wards, 4 medical centers and 18 key clinical specialties in Lianyungang. Orthopedics, anesthesiology, neurosurgery, oncology are provincial cultivation projects for key specialties in the city, integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine digestive department, orthopedics department for provincial key specialist construction unit of traditional Chinese medicine. With 1200 beds open, the 22-story new ward building is a landmark building in the eastern part of the city. The hospital is equipped with Philips 1.5T NMR, Siemens 128-slice 64-slice spiral CT, Philips large plate angiographic imaging system, Olympus 290 latest electronic gastroscopy and a large number of advanced large-scale. 盐城市残疾儿童教育康复中心（盐城市仁爱学校）是盐城市残疾人联合会直属的全民事业单位。市康复中心创办于1990年5月。中心（校）现有教职员工63人，有专职教师49名。有学前（0-6岁）各类特殊儿童111名，小学和中学（7-14岁）各类特殊学生117名。中心（校）主要承担全市学龄前听障、智障、自闭症儿童的康复训练、教育、研究、社区康复指导工作；小学和初中阶段中重度智障、自闭症、脑瘫少年儿童教育、康复工作。
盐城市残疾儿童教育康复中心（仁爱学校）是本地区目前为数不多的康复训练专业机构之一。康复教师大多是幼儿师范、普通师范学校毕业，经后期专业康复训练培训上岗任职。
Unit Introduction
Yancheng Handicapped Children Rehabilitation Centre (Yancheng Renai School) is affiliated to Yancheng Disabled Persons' Federation. Founded in May,1990, The City Rehabilitation Center have 63 staff and 49 professional teachers. As for students, The City Rehabilitation Center have 111 special preschool (aged 0-6) students and 117 for primary/middle school ( aged 7-14) ones. The center (school) mainly undertakes rehabilitation training, education, research and community rehabilitation guidance for preschool hearing impaired, mentally handicapped and autistic children in the whole city; education and rehabilitation for children with moderate and severe mental handicap, autism and cerebral palsy in primary and junior middle schools.
Our center is the one of the few professional rehabilitation training centers in this area. Rehabilitation teachers mostly graduate from kindergarten normal schools or general normal schools and take up posts after professional rehabilitation training.
