Company total capacity is 250 staff, including 15 high level engineer. The main processes of the company are: clay sand Wet casting and EPC. Brief introduction of clay sand casting process flow: the clay sand casting process of this project mainly includes: hot metal preparation, molding, pouring, sand dropping, sand treatment, casting cleaning, rust prevention treatment and machining, etc;. Because there are many kinds of casting products in this project, and the product performance requirements are different, some processes in the process will be adjusted according to the product performance requirements. 医院现开设床位500个,设置:内、外、妇、儿、五官、急诊、麻醉手术、放射、功能、药剂、检验等42个临床医技科室。全院医务人员420人,其中高级技术人员70名,中级技术人员143名,研究生11名,年门诊病人12万人次,住院病人8000人次,各类手术2500余例,现拥有进口核磁共振、螺旋CT、直线加速器、大C臂血管照影机、数字胃肠机、电子胃镜、腹腔镜、关节镜、全自动生化分析仪、彩超、B超等一流大型医疗设备。
Project Introduction
The hospital is currently has 500 beds to meet the patients needs. There are 42 clinical medical technology departments, including: Internal medicine, Surgery, Orthopedics, Gynecology, Pediatrics, ENT(ear nose throat branch), Emergency department, Anesthesia, Radiology, Pharmacy, Laboratory and logistics sectors. The total number of hospital medical staff is 420 which comprised of 70 high-ranking (Senior) staff, 143 Intermediate staff, 11 postgraduate educational background talents. The hospital has a total of 120,000 outpatient visits combined with 8,000 inpatient admission per year. And annual surgery operations were more than 2500. Hospital equipment includes:MRI(imported), CT, linear accelerator, angiographic instrument(C-arm), digital gastrointestinal machine, electronic gastroscope, laparoscopy, arthroscopy, biochemical analyzer.

本项目预期解决煤层气的发电效率和能源利用率较低的问题:目前山西煤层气发电多采用传统发电模式,即燃气轮机发电机组、燃气内燃发电机组或蒸汽轮机发电机组,发电效率较低,平均发电效率为约为35%,加配余热锅炉后,能源利用率约为60%,而本项目预期实现煤层气的燃料电池型热电联产,发电效率达到40%,供热效率为50%,能源利用率达到90%,除产生电、热和水外,二氧化碳的排放量比传统煤层气发电设施降低了25%。
General Situation of Demand:
The project is expected to solve the problem of low power efficiency of natural gas and the low energy efficiency: At present, we use the conventional power generation mode, for example, gas turbine generator set, gas internal combustion generating set or Steam turbine generator set, the power efficiency is low, the average is about 35%, with waste heat, the energy utilization rate is about 60%. The fuel cell power technology operated on the natural gas increases the fuel’s power generation efficiency to 40%. And the combined heat and power fuel cell system operated on the natural gas will increase the efficiency to 90%. In addition to generating electricity, heat and water, the emissions of carbon dioxide is decreased by 25% than traditional natural gas power generation facilities.

本项目开发的超级电容电网调峰调频储能系统从分析、诊断调频问题特征入手,建立储能在电力调峰调频的电特征分析与系统解决方案仿真模型,设计并组装、测试以先进超级电容器为直流电源、可远程监控、智能运行的超级电容集装箱储能系统。通过火电机组与储能系统联合响应电网AGC调度指令,实现系统性能指标、响应速度、调节深度与补偿收益的大幅度提升,保证机组与储能协调控制逻辑运行稳定,更为有效及可靠地响应电网上调和下调调度指令。
Unit Introduction
The peak-fm energy storage system developed in this project starts from analyzing and diagnosing the characteristics of FM problems and establishes the simulation model of electrical analysis and system solution of energy storage in peak and frequency modulation. The ultracapacitor container energy storage system with advanced ultracapacitors as dc power supply, remote monitoring and intelligent operation is designed, assembled and tested. Through the joint response of thermal power units and energy storage system to the AGC dispatching instruction of the power grid, the system performance index, response speed, regulation depth and compensation income of the system can be greatly improved to ensure the stable operation of the coordinated control logic between units and energy storage, and more effectively and reliably respond to the up and down dispatching instruction of the power grid.

项目拟利用石墨烯高透光及导电特性研究透明石墨烯超材料制造技术。项目利用CVD法制备的石墨烯薄膜,利用激光刻蚀法在玻璃基片上制备透明石墨烯导电图形电路。但是目前获得的石墨烯薄膜存在导电性不足和透光率与导电性无法兼容的技术难题,由于国内该领域研究尚处于起步阶段,尚未发现相关研究突破的报道。此外在低缺陷石墨烯薄膜制早工艺能力方面与国际先进水平还有一定差距,影响项目的顺利实施。因此急需通过引智项目解决技术瓶颈,实现核心技术能力的提升,掌握高导电透明石墨烯超材料制备技术。
Project Introduction
The project intends to study the fabrication technology of new metamaterials by using the high light transmittance and conductive properties of graphene. The graphene thin films prepared by CVD method are used in the project, and then transparent conductive graphics circuits were fabricated on glass substrates by laser etching. However, the obtained graphene thin films have some technical problems, such as insufficient conductivity and the incompatibility between transmittance and conductivity. There is no related research breakthrough report in China. In addition, there is still a certain gap between the technology ability of the low defect graphene thin film in China and the international advanced technology ability, which affects the smooth implementation of the project.
