Hosted by Department of Science and Technology of Hubei Province and China Association for International Exchange of Personnel, and jointly undertaken by Hubei Provincial Science and Technology Cooperation Center with Foreign Countries, Hubei Association for International Exchange of Personnel, Institute of New Energy, Wuhan, Shenzhen Center for International Exchange of Personnel and Organizing Committee of Conference on International Exchange of Professionals, the "2021 Series of Overseas Talents’ China Visit to Hubei - Special Session on New Energy and New Materials” will be held in Wuhan on June 29.

The event has invited more than 10 overseas experts from Japan, Russia, Finland and other countries to promote 11 projects in the field of new energy and new materials online, covering the processing of ceramic laminated electronic components, carbon nano-structure reinforced composite materials, preparation of thermoplastic polymer based composite materials, treatment and reuse of wastes, air pollution prevention, technology of treatment of domestic and industrial wastewater with ferrate, stability analysis of distributed power system and power equipment, technology solutions for recycling biological economy and recycling economy, etc. The relevant universities and enterprises in Hubei have made positive responses, and 30 organizations will participate in the event offline.

With focus on basic scientific research, applied scientific research and industrial development needs in the field of energy and materials in Hubei Province, the event aims to further promote the exchange with high-level talents and innovative cooperation between Hubei Province and overseas high-level talents in this field.
