The 13th Conference on International Exchange of Professionals (CIEP) was held successfully in Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province from April 18 to 19, 2015. Ma Kai, then member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Vice Premier of the State Council attended and addressed the opening ceremony.
This conference consisted of 15 sections, including exhibition negotiation, talent recruitment, project matchmaking, summit forum, talent training, and special discussion. Moreover, the activities such as the China International Software Talent Project Investment Exchange, and Asia-Pacific Human Resources Development and Service Fair were the new contents of this conference. According to statistics, the conference was attended by more than 4,200 overseas professional organizations, training institutions, colleges and universities, talent agencies and high-tech enterprises from 72 countries and regions, as well as more than 5,800 professional representatives of human resources, foreign expert systems and enterprises from provinces and cities in China.
Large-scale job fair was one of the features of the conference. At the Job Fair for Returnees, 100 well-known enterprises in the industry, including ZTE and BYD, provided more than 1,000 jobs for returnees, and more than 3,000 returnees participated in the job fair.
