- SHENZHEN, CHINA - On April 15, the 21st Conference on International Exchange of Professionals (CIEP), co-sponsored by the Ministry of Science and Technology of the PR.China and the Shenzhen Municipal People's Government and organized by Shenzhen Center for International Exchange of Personnel, opened in Shenzhen. Zhang Guangjun, member of the party group and deputy minister of the Ministry of Science and Technology of the PR.China, delivered a keynote speech and announced the opening of the 21st CIEP. Liu Hua, director of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) China Office, read out the congratulatory letter from Deputy Director-General Wang Binying.
