The theme of the forum is “To Create More Brilliant 4 Decades.” It proposes to invite experts, scholars and practitioners from the Chinese Academy of Personnel Science, the China Academy of Labor and Social Security, the School of Labor and Human Resources of Renmin University of China, and Chinese and foreign well-known human resources service institutions to discuss such topics as the achievements of forty-year development of China’s human resources service industry, future development trends, experience of foreign human resources services, human resources and industry coordinated development, and human development and configuration. At the same time, it sets up the zone for “Exhibition and Display of 100 Human Resources Service Institutions”, and carries out selection and recognition activities including “Most Influential 40 People” in China’s human resources service industry over the past 40 years, and “40 Major Events” in China’s human resources service industry.
