Thanks to the geographical advantages of Shenzhen adjacent to Hong Kong and in the center of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area, it holds high-level talents and technology innovation project exchange and matchmaking event in Hong Kong, invites universities, research institutes and enterprises in provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions to participate in the competition, and arranges postdoctoral workstations (innovative practice base) to visit Hong Kong for recruitment. It simultaneously holds promotion conference to attract more outstanding young talents from Hong Kong to start business in Mainland China.
