To all relevant organizations, institutions and individual participants,

The 17th Conference on International Exchange of Professionals (hereinafter referred to as the Conference) is slated to be held in Shenzhen from April 14 to 15, 2019. In accordance with the practices of major domestic and international conferences, the Conference will allow the participants to attend the Conference by "firstly registering online and then verifying the QR code". The Conference advocates environmental protection participation. Therefore, the QR code obtained through online registration is an important voucher for attending the Conference. Please be sure to keep it properly.

The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

I. Individual Participants

(I) Registration

1. Register via WeChat. Follow the WeChat public account (CIEP2001) through mobile phone, click "I want to participate" to register and obtain the QR code.

2. Register via the official website. Log on to the official website of the Conference (www.ciep.gov.cn), enter the page of "I want to participate ", and click "Individual Participants" to register and obtain the QR code.

(II) Admission

Show the QR code in the mobile phone on site, and enter the venue after verification; present the paper version of the QR code printed by yourself on site, and enter the venue after verification.

II. Organizational Participants

(I) Registration

The contact person of the organizational participants may log on to the official website of the Conference (www.ciep.gov.cn), enter the page of "I want to participate", click "Organizational Participants" to register, and upload the information of organizational participants. The message on the successful registration will be sent to the contact person via SMS or Email. One week before the Conference, the system will send the QR code link to organizational participants via SMS or Email.

(II) Admission

The Organizing Committee of the Conference suggests to enter the venue with QR code verification. If you need to obtain the conference certificate, the contact person of the organization can summarize the information of the organizational participants, and then contact the Organizing Committee Office for batch production of the conference certificate in advance (the deadline of application is 12: 00 on April 10). The conference certificate will be collected at Service Desk 205 of the Conference Center (April 12-13) or the conference reception hotel (April 13).
