医用缝合针针尖钝化和针体韧性低，易折断问题；预期目标实现缝合针针尖局部热处理，制造出针尖锋利且不易折断的高质量医用缝合针。
对于缝合针原材料钢丝304材质，由于其硬度较大，传统的钻孔方法已无能为力，一般的激光加工则存在重铸层、热影响大、微孔带有锥度等问题。预期目标采用激光新型加工工艺，实现缝合针末端高质量微孔加工技术。
Expected Objectives：
The inactivation of the needle tip and the low toughness of the needle body make it easy to break. The expected goal is to achieve local heat treatment of the needle tip and to produce a high-quality medical suture needle with sharp needle tip and not easy to break；
2. For the material of steel wire 304 used for sewing needle, the traditional drilling method can no longer do anything because of its high hardness. In general, laser processing has the problems of recasting layer, large heat effect and taper of micro-holes. It is expected that the new laser processing technology will be adopted to achieve high quality micro-hole processing technology at the end of the suture needle.

Developing strategic cooperation with Tianjin University, Harbin Institute of Technology, Beijing University of Technology, the United States Akron University, and Beijing Rubber Industry Design and Research Institute, Triangle is the major constitutor of industrial standards and national standards and the number of patents at home and abroad ranks the first in the domestic industry.
In 2008, the project of “Jumbo OTR tire manufacturing technology and equipment development” was awarded national scientific development first-class prize, which is the greatest honor for tire industry across China. At present, Triangle is making efforts to establish and develop industry 4.0, applying technologies of digital identification, intelligent control, automation, robots and Big Data.
Triangle dedicates itself to providing the better products and services for global users. The marketing network covers over 170 countries and regions, and branch offices have been established in North America, Europe, Australia, Russia and India.

Familiar with the development trend of world OTR and Jumbo tires materials technology; carry out material performance research and planning according to company's development needs; rich experiences in OTR and Jumbo tires formula design; capability of providing technical support and service of materials and formula for products development and updating; great ability of management.
3.Experts in structure design for OTR and Jumbo OTR tires；
Familiar with the development trend of world OTR and Jumbo tires materials technology; capability of setting out and carrying out products planning; according to company's development needs; rich experiences in OTR and Jumbo tires structure design; capability of product development project management, product improvement and design optimization; great ability of management.

需解决的问题：
针对现有工程子午胎及巨胎现状，充分挖掘并提升产品性能；系统的对工程子午胎及巨胎结构、配方、硫化、工艺进行技术指导和引领，解决技术瓶颈；工程子午胎和巨胎形成完整的产品规划和技术规划，设计特殊用途工程胎，如港口胎、工业胎、低气压胎等。
Problems to be solved:
As for the existing situation of OTR and Jumbo OTR tires, fully explore and enhance product performance; direct and guide work of OTR and Jumbo OTR tires structure, formula, vulcanization, process and techniques systematically in the aspect of technology to overcome technical bottlenecks; set out complete product planning and technical planning for OTR and Jumbo OTR tires, develop OTR tires for special purposes, such as port tires, industrial tires, low pressure tire and so on.
预期目标：
在全球不同矿山整体产品性能（使用寿命、耐切割、操控性等）满足客户需求，达到世界知名品牌水平。
Expected Objectives：
Overall performance (lifetime, cutting resistance, handling performance, etc.) in different mines around the world are supposed to meet customers ’requirements and be up to worldwide brands level.
